Our Leadership
Opus Healthcare Service has a dedicated director who is fit and able to fulfil the responsibilities of their role.
James Opuoru, Director, is a hardworking and experienced KYC Analyst with knowledge of remediation delivery, onboarding projects, and reviewing KYC by ensuring compliance with requirements and other related regulatory demands. James’ ability to provide outstanding service to clients has been proven in his past role as KYC and Transaction Monitoring Specialist at Imperial Search Consulting. James has a degree in Banking and Finance which he obtained from Ambrose Alli University, as well as a Level 2 in IT: Computer Science. His responsibilities included conducting comprehensive KYC due diligence on new and existing customers to verify their identities and assess their risk profiles, monitoring customer transactions and account activities for any unusual or suspicious patterns, utilising advanced transaction monitoring software to analyse and review financial data, and investigating and documenting findings related to potentially suspicious activities, including complex financial transactions.
James’ experience within fast-paced and complex financial service, environments has given him exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a wealth of other transferrable skills.
James not only uses his skills to be a leader, but will teach and train his team extensively in order to provide the best services to the community.

We Care for Our Carers
Opus Healthcare Service understands that our carers will do an excellent job in their service if they are happy and confident in their abilities. As a result, training is an essential part of our carer induction process. We offer all new staff an induction training course, and they all come back for an annual update. They also receive specialist training throughout their time with us.
We have a specialist carer support team who can offer assistance, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should it be required.
